Sales kick-off events are more than just annual meetings. They bring teams together to reflect on the past year, align on future goals, and build excitement for what's ahead. Vision 2035 was one such internal gathering, creating a space for colleagues to reconnect, exchange ideas, and kick off the next chapter with a shared vision.
For the event, Paper Carpenter brought the venue to life with a custom-built feature installation made primarily from cardboard. Alongside a series of cardboard chairs and event furnishings, the installation became a central touchpoint where guests could gather, interact, and take photos. Using cardboard not only reduced material waste but also showed how sustainable solutions can still deliver a polished and impactful event experience.
Rather than a conventional backdrop, the installation was designed to reflect the spirit of growth and collaboration. Layers of colorful vertical forms, meaningful keywords, and subtle greenery came together to create a space that felt welcoming, inspiring, and full of energy, turning a simple event setting into something guests could experience and remember.
