How do I place an order?
You can add the items you would like to your cart, then when you're ready you can checkout. The next step is to choose if you would like self-collection or delivery, and choose the date and time!

What is your refund/ exchange/ return policy?
All purchases made on papercarpenter.com are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
As our items are made entirely from cardboard and are easily recyclable. We are not able to re-use or re-sell the product, as such we are not able to offer a refund of the purchased product. We seek your kind understanding on this matter. If there are any issues with your items, do let us know and we will try and resolve your problems
